Rickovery offers a professional, accurate and confidential high quality service to both businesses and individuals with over 20 years experience. We are a local virtual business run by Leah Rickwood and her team offering a 100% non-contact service and we are available as and when required.
We provide a fast and professional service from a short letter, multiple-page documents to typing a whole book! We specialise in legal audio typing, recorded interviews, court transcriptions, media and books, form filling, copy typing and lasting powers of attorney. If any of these services are required by you then we are your new team.

What is Rickovery?
Leah Rickwood is the Director and founder of Rickovery who offer virtual secretarial services. Leah has over 20 years experience as a Legal Secretary and has specialised in Debt Recovery, Civil Litigation and Conveyancing. Leah is ILEX Level 3 qualified and has studied Civil Litigation, Contract, Tort and Conveyancing at ILEX Level 6.

Our services are always expanding, and new services are offered on demand. Any requests for a specific service will be considered and discussed with each individual client depending upon your needs.
Can we provide a quote beforehand?
Full quotes are given or estimated before the commencement of any work and work will be undertaken upon agreement that you are fully satisfied with the quote which you have been provided with.
Can we send you our files?
Any audio requests or other non-audio requests can all be sent via e-mail. There is no need for any contact throughout any of our services.

We charge per audio minute and not per hour. This means you can calculate the transcription rates per hour and know exactly how much each dictation will cost regardless of how long it has taken to type. E.g. a 60 minute audio at £1.20 per minute will cost £72.

Rickovery’s hourly rate offers an excellent value outsourced alternative to employing your own PA or secretary. We can do pretty much anything an on-site admin could, but you only pay for the hours we do.

At Rickovery we offer both Single or Mirror Wills. Single Wills are priced at £150 each and Mirror Wills £235 for couples.

Amendments to audio or non-audio
If typos or errors are made, they will be amended free of charge provided the work is returned to me within 48 hours of you receiving it. Extra amendments or additions made will be charged at the usual rate.
Payment terms are 7 days from the date of the invoice for all audio and non-audio.
Payment by bank transfer.
